2 COMPONENT SEMIPERMANENT PROTECTION OF MINERAL SURFACES AGAINST GRAFFITI, TAGS AND WATER

IG 110 is specifically created to protect treated surface against graffiti, tags, dirt, and excessive moisture. It also reduces adhesion of adhesives for posters and flyers. Prevents (in most cases) spreading of moss, algae and moulds. It has excellent long-term effect on walls. Subsequently use IMPAGUARD 111, 112, 113 GEL or IG 114 GEL to remove paints, varnishes, inks and adhesives.

IG 110 provides a highly efficient and cheap protection, which also removes a wide range of undesirable colors and adhesives left on the surfaces.

Construction industry

Today construction materials (mineral, silicate, silicone) are very expensive and their maintenance very important. IG 110 is an easy to use and inexpensive protection against graffiti, tags, and pollution.

Heritage sights

The maintenance of heritage sights is undoubtedly very expensive, but with IG 110 protection it will be a child play. IG 110 significantly reduces the cost of maintenance and offers a great protecting against damage.

Leaflets and posters

IG 110 ensures a non-stick surface on which it will be very difficult to stick any leaflets.

Application:

• The A and B component of the product must be mixed before its use.
• Mix thoroughly the two components in the ratio of 20% to a smooth consistency.
• 5 l of component A + 1 l of component B
• 25L of component A + 5l of component B
• Before its application, the surface should be dry, dust-free and without grease residue. For degreasing the surface, you may use product IG 230 or IG 250
• Manual application: brush or roller
• Spray application: low to medium pressure
• It is recommended to apply two layers of IG 110.
• The hardening process in between layers is 5 hours at the temperature of 20 ° C and to 50% r.H.
• The polymerised film is dry after 48h at 20 ° C and to 50% R.H.
• A prior test application is recommended before any application.
• For the removal of graffiti and tags: depending on the surface, apply IMPAGUARD 111, 112 or 113, rinse it with a high-pressure with IMPAGUARD 250. If necessary, repeat the procedure.
• Cleaning: depending on the surface, apply IG 230 or IG 250, rinse it with high-pressure water. If necessary, repeat the procedure.
