IG 250 is developed as non-abrasive, extra thick and fast cleaner of heavily soiled surfaces. Created for a fast and easy cleaning of facade, plaster, concrete, cladding, floors, parking lots and other very hard to clean surfaces. In a single use, it quickly removes, cleans, restores and renovates surfaces. IG 250 removes darkening surface from oils and fuels, and cleans it thoroughly. Its consistency is ideal for use on vertical walls, reduces consumption and increases the efficiency of the cleaning process. It doesn’t cause degradation of the surface or its colors. Once the surface is cleaned, we recommend you to use IG NANO for the subsequent protection. IG NANO forms an ultra-thin hydrophobic layer, which protects the surface against subsequent contamination of oil, grease, reduces deposition of coatings and impurities.

IG 250 provides a highly efficient cleaning and removal of biological contaminants, oxidation and smog, etc.

After the application of IG 250 recommended protecting the surfaces with IG 223, 224, 225, 227 and 335, which ensures perfect cleaning and subsequent protection.

IG 250 is designed for manual, low and high-pressure washing machine. For best results, spray, leave to work for a few minutes and flush with high-pressure machine.

IG 250 replaces mechanical treatment such as needling, sandblasting, dry ice blasting, grinding, and washing with abrasive cleaners, which damage the surface.

IG 250 is ideal for cleaning surfaces such as parking lots, warehouses and concrete surfaces. Degreases and removes dirt, grease, oil, fuel and coatings. Especially for the used on industrial parks, parking lots, gas stations, and heavily contaminated large areas.

After its application, we recommend a subsequent protecting with the following products: IG 223, 224, 227, 335, etc.

Washing and deterging of dirt from the facade and building surfaces

Application

Before the application, we recommend removing all loose dirt from the surface (thereby significantly reduce consumption). IG 250 is to be used in diluted form of 5% with pure water. Dilution of the product is dependent on the thickness and number of layers of dirt to be removed. Always moisten the surface prior to application! Apply and leave to rest.

Application methods: brush or high-pressure spraying machine.

Apply evenly and integrity to the surface

Consumption is 6-15 square meters for 1L of diluted product in accordance to the surface structure.

Leave the product to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, can be applied with a brush, which dramatically improves the product efficiency. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water, preferably high-pressure and let dry. If necessary, repeat this procedure. Given the wide range of surfaces we recommend prior test application.
