EXTREMLY STRONG GEL REMOVER PAINTS AND VERNISHES THINNERS FREE

GEL removal of paint, old paint and varnishes. It is ideal to be applied on materials such as concrete, facades, stone, glass, tile, iron, wood and most plastic surfaces. It is ideal for highly efficient and low-cost removal of a wide variety of thickpaint layers, oil and glycerol phthalate colors, final coating of wax, zinc and led o dioxide, anti-corrosive protective coatings, minium (red lead), varnished wood (Bondex - Xyladecor, xylophene), etc.

IG 1114 GEL allows you to reduce the product consumption by up to 30% in comparison to conventional products.

Unlike other solvent-based removers that penetrate into the coating, IG 1114 GEL will soften and swell the coating, then disintegrate it and transforms it into a water-soluble mass. The product isn’t volatile and can be used indefinitely. The surface can be rinsed immediately or the next day. Its effects can be stopped at any time, thereby minimizing the risk of damaging the original surface.

The product is water-soluble, IG 1114 GEL doesn’t emit noxious fumes and therefore is safe to use even in a closed room with no ventilation. When used in sufficient quantities, can simultaneously remove even more layers of paint.

Application:

The product is ready for use. Before use, you must ALWAYS PERFORM A TEST APPLICATON. Apply the product with synthetic brush evenly and in sufficient quantity. Do not apply with natural fiber brush, as the product may destroy it quickly. Leave product to rest for 30 minutes to several hours depending on the type, age and layer thickness. This will cause the disintegration and peel off the paint. The action of the product can restore when you wet the surface. Remove the peeled and disintegrated layer of paint with a spatula, brush, water jet or pressurized water. After removing the entire paint surface, rinse thoroughly with water. The product does not act on some polymerized synthetic resin, polyurethane, epoxy, and polyester, where you can use products: IMPAGUARD 112 or IMPAGUARD 113. Do not use on wood veneer, inlaid furniture (intarsia), aluminum or other light metals, as it can damage them. When used some woods (oak, beech), the product may discolouration them. Since the application of the product can be very different, they have the above instructions for recommendation purposes only. The test application of the product will help you to choose the right application. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product.
