VERY STRONG AND FAST CLEANER

CLEANER, DETERGENT AND REMOVER OF:

Greases, oils, traces form tires, wax, resistant dirt, atmospheric dirt and pollution.

TO BE USED ON: stained or cast floors, plastic-concrete, concrete or cemented surfaces, and asphalt.

GREAT FOR CLEANING: facade buildings, warehouses, very dirty floors, construction frames and constructions.

IG 230 is an extra thick, non-abrasive, and fast cleaner to be used on soiled surfaces. Its quick and easy application is ideal for industrial flooring, concrete, facades, internal parking and other poorly cleaned surfaces. In a single act, it quickly removes, cleans, restores and renovates the surface. It removes traces of tires, removes and dissolves waxes form wood, darkening of the surface from oils and fuel, removes atmospheric contaminants. His consistency is ideal for use on vertical walls, reduces product consumption and increases the efficiency of cleaning. It does not cause any degradation of the treated surface. Cleaned surface is recommended to be subsequently protected with IG NANO products. For subsequent cleaning and protection, the following products are recommended: IG 223, 224, 225, 227 and 335.

IG 230 contains a high concentration of active substance dissolvers based on strong alcohol, which ensure highly efficient cleaning and removal.

IG 230 is designed for manual, low and high pressure washing machines. For best results, spray the product and leave to work for several minutes. Then rinse or flush with a high pressure machine.

IG 230 replaces mechanical cleaning such as needled, sand blasting, dry ice blasting, grinding/edging, washing abrasive cleanser. Unlike IG 230, all these methods damage the treated surface.

Washing and degreasing of floors, concrete and car parks

IG 230 is ideal for cleaning surfaces such as industrial floors, cast floors, painted floors, underground parking lots, warehouses and concrete surfaces. It degreases and removes dirt, waxes and wax emulsions, footprints, and stains from rubbers and tires. Ideally to be used in industrial parks, parking lots, parks, shopping facilities and shopping centers, warehouses, technical facilities.

After its application, we recommend to subsequently protect the surface with IG 223, 224, 227, 335, etc.

Washing and degreasing of facades and construction frames.

IG 230 is great for cleaning and degreasing of: facades of buildings, warehouses, industrial and warehouse complexes, shopping parks, shopping centers.

Removes and cleans "dirty paint", colors damaged from fatty deposits, grease stains, oil films, atmospheric and car pollution. After its application, we recommend to subsequently protect the surface with IG 224 and IG 335, or IG 110 as an anti-graffiti protection.

Application

Before application, we recommend removing any dirt from the surface. IG 230 is to be used in a diluted form of 10 to 5% with clean hot water. Dilution of the product is dependent on the thickness and number of layers that are to be removed. When removing wax, it is best to increase the concentration to 20%. Always moisten the surface prior to application! Apply and leave a little to work for 5-10 minutes!

Application methods: brush, low or high pressure spraying machine. Apply evenly and integrally on to the surface. When using a brush, you will significantly increase efficiency of the product.

Consumption of 10-20 square meters is of 1L of the diluted product. This is dependant on the structure surface.

After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water, preferably with a high pressure water jet and let dry. If necessary, repeat this procedure. Given the wide range of surfaces, a prior test application is recommended
